A recruiting card was developed to help staff connect with individuals who they thought could be a potential fit for the company. As an added touch, the front side of the card was printed with a soft touch coating to contrast the uncoated back of the card and to reinforce the headline, "I've got a good feeling about you."
A series of cards were created for employees to recognize members of the team for what they bring to the company. Each card came with a button marked with either truthfulness, value, loyalty and fairness.
